We show up an hour before the start time of any event to set up and test our equipment, view the layout of the hall, coordinate with the staff at the location of your event, and ensure that we're prepared to start on time. When will I discuss the details of my event? About a month before your event we will send you a questionnaire, which we hope you'll complete and return to us at our expense. Although you can contact us at any time with any questions you have, one of our DJs will contact you by phone a week before your event to discuss all the details, review the paperwork, and answer any last minute questions that may pop up.
